You will have the complete the statecraft section of the good suramaritan achievement which starts in the central cave in suramar (and is only available at the mentioned rep requirement). I'm already 110, and honored with the nightfallen, but still i'm unable to join the instances.

After doing the rep grind i fail to understand why it took so long to to unlock these. Court of stars is a dungeon located in central suramar. And in hopefully the build after that, you'll see a few extra items spicing up the loot tables of those dungeons as an extra attraction once they're unlocked.

The arcway and court of stars are two dungeons that are unlocked midway through the main suramar questline. Needing 8000/12000 is pretty stupid imo because it takes way longer to get that then to run heroics and mythics for the week. The quests to unlock the arcway and court of stars are part of the suramar story quests.
Just Level Up To 120, Get Some Boa Nazjatar Gear In Every Slot And You Can Solo Easily.
